PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER:
As a Professional Installer at Noble Roofing, you will be responsible for expertly installing roofing systems to meet and exceed industry standards. Your role will involve precise measurement, cutting, and placement of roofing materials. You will ensure that roofing projects are executed with the utmost attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship, leaving clients with durable and reliable roofing solutions. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
ROOFING CREW:
The Roofing Crew plays a crucial role in executing roofing installations efficiently and safely. Working in accordance with industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines, you will contribute to the construction of top-quality roofing systems. Your expertise in roofing techniques and commitment to safety will ensure the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
CONSTRUCTION CREW:
As a member of the Construction Crew, you will assist in the construction of roofing systems, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety protocols. Your contribution to the construction process will help us deliver roofing solutions that meet or exceed our client’s expectations. Teamwork, precision, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.
CLEAN-UP CREW:
The Clean-Up Crew plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for efficiently disposing of roofing materials and debris, ensuring that job sites are spotless upon project completion. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness contribute to the overall professionalism and safety of our operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow company guidelines and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- From $16-$25 an Hour Based on experience
- 40-60 hour weeks
