What We Check After a Storm
- Shingles: hail bruising, granule loss, and lifted, creased or missing shingles
- Flashing and seals around chimneys, vents, skylights and roof edges
- Soft metals such as vents and drip edge, where hail dents often show first
- Gutters and downspouts, for dents and separation
- Signs that water is getting in, such as ceiling stains or soft spots
- Patio covers and covered walkways, which we also replace when a storm damages them
What You Get
Our inspectors are trained to document storm damage thoroughly and accurately. You get a written report with photos of what we found and a plain explanation of what the roof needs: a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all. The report is yours to keep, and you can share it with your insurance company if you decide to file a claim.
