Our Workmanship Warranty
Every full roof replacement comes with our written 5-year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty we register for you.
What It Covers
Leaks and failures caused by how we installed the roof. That includes the shingles, underlayment, flashing, valleys, pipe boots, vents, ridge cap and any decking we replace. Repairs are at no charge for labor and affected materials.
What It Doesn't Cover
- Hail, wind and storm damage (that’s your homeowner’s policy)
- Material defects (that’s the manufacturer’s warranty)
- Interior damage
- Work by others
- Parts of the home we didn’t touch
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We register the manufacturer’s warranty for your new roof. It covers defects in the roofing materials themselves, while our workmanship warranty covers how the roof was installed.
Two Fair Terms
- Work by others voids only the affected area, not the whole warranty
- Tarping an active leak doesn’t void coverage if you tell us within 7 days
The Basics
- 5 years from completion
- Full roof replacements only
- Starts once the account is paid in full
- Transfers if you sell the home
